Terms of business, delivery and payment

It is possible to see our products either on our premises and on exhibitions or upon agreement in the premiss of the prospective customers.

We do not supply any samples for selection or on approval. A consignment basis can be arranged for in specific cases. Upon request we provide photo documentations and price lists. The prices stipulated in our price list are to be understood net, plus – where applicable – V.A.T. is stipulated by law.

The net prices include our exquisite packing (case, capsule) as well as transport insurance and transport (within Germany).

Delivery times according to contractual agreement.

For shipments outsider Germany, the transport package as well as courier or airfreight charges from FOB Frankfurt airport (Germany) will be invoiced additionally.

1/3 of the invoice amount shal become due 10 days after conclusion of the contract, 2/3 at shipment. Shipment outside Germany shall be subject to special terms of payment to be agreed upon when concluding the contract.
